Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Nityapost (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship of Sumit Kumar Menaria, Kamdar Gali, Azad Nagar, Rundera, Vallabhnagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313601, India, collects and uses personal data when you use our website and our WhatsApp poster service (the “Service”). We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
1. Data we collect
- Details you give us: your name, business name, business type, WhatsApp/phone number, email, business address, and the logo and photos you send us.
- Messages: the messages and button replies you send to our WhatsApp number.
- Payment details: payments are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive the payment status and a reference, not your full card, bank or UPI credentials.
- Usage data: delivery and read status of our messages, the designs you request, and basic technical logs.
2. Why we use it
- To create and deliver your branded posters every day.
- To manage your trial, subscription, payments, invoices and support requests.
- To improve our designs and keep the Service secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We use your data based on the consent you give when you start the Service, and where the law otherwise permits. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your contacts.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the Service, under their own data protection terms: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send messages; Google Cloud / Firebase to store data and create posters; image-generation providers, which receive design instructions such as colours and themes rather than your contact details; and Razorpay to process payments. We may also disclose data when required by law. Some providers may process data outside India.
4. How long we keep it
- Delivered posters: deleted from our servers within 30 days.
- Account and brand details: while your account is active, and up to 90 days after you cancel, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time (which will stop the Service), and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Write to hello@nityapost.in. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
6. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable cloud providers to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires.
7. Children
The Service is for businesses and individuals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
