Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Nityapost website and WhatsApp poster service (the “Service”), provided by Nityapost (business and grievance details are in section 8 of our Privacy Policy). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
We send you branded posters on WhatsApp, made from AI-generated artwork with your business name, logo and contact details added. Designs are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors; please check each poster before you share it.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for the use of your WhatsApp number.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of your logo, photos and business details. You confirm you have the right to use them, and you allow us to use them only to create and deliver your posters. Posters made for you may be used by you for your business promotion.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene or hateful content, to infringe anyone's trademark or copyright, or to make claims that breach advertising rules that apply to your trade (for example insurance or financial products). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Trial, subscription and payment
New users get a 7-day free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically through UPI Autopay or another payment method you approve, until cancelled. Prices are shown on our website and include GST. We will give notice before any price change applies to you.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to deliver a poster every morning, but delivery depends on WhatsApp and other third-party services and may sometimes be delayed or interrupted.
8. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
